Auction and Offer Terms
Orbmare does not currently operate a real-time auction or accept binding bids through this website. Any visible “Submit an Offer” feature is a non-binding sourcing inquiry unless explicitly stated otherwise after a secure server-side system is launched.
Offer information
A future offer listing must state the reserve or minimum price, closing date and time zone, minimum increment, whether the offer is binding, any payment authorization, item availability risk, acceptance event, and refund process.
No automatic award
The highest offer does not guarantee purchase or order acceptance. A third-party item may become unavailable. A transaction is formed only after Orbmare expressly accepts the offer, confirms sourcing terms, and successfully processes the required payment.
Integrity
False offers, bid manipulation, coordinated bidding, payment misuse, and attempts to interfere with another customer are prohibited. Orbmare may reject an obvious error, suspected fraud, unlawful request, or offer it cannot reasonably fulfill.
Failed sourcing
If Orbmare accepts payment but cannot complete the approved sourcing request, the applicable refund process will be initiated. Supplier delay does not permit indefinite withholding of a refund legally owed to the customer.
