Prohibited Items and Restricted Uses

This list is a minimum risk screen, not a complete statement of law. Orbmare may decline any request that cannot be safely, lawfully, or reliably sourced and delivered.

Prohibited requests

• Illegal goods, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, or items that infringe intellectual property rights.
• Weapons, weapon components, explosives, ammunition, or items intended to cause harm.
• Controlled substances, illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, or unlawfully marketed medical products.
• Hazardous, toxic, radioactive, infectious, or carrier-prohibited materials.
• Sanctioned transactions, restricted-party dealings, unlawful exports, or prohibited end uses.
• Products involving unlawful wildlife trade, forced labor, exploitation, or other illegal sourcing.
• Government identifiers, financial credentials, personal data, or tools primarily intended for fraud or unauthorized access.

Restricted categories

Food, supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, batteries, chemicals, children’s products, alcohol, tobacco, plants, animals, high-value goods, safety equipment, and regulated electronics require category and route approval before listing. Absence from this paragraph does not mean an item is supported.

Customer conduct

Customers must not misstate identity, destination, intended use, payment authority, import information, or product classification; evade quantity or route limits; or ask Orbmare to conceal transaction information.
