Orbmare respects intellectual property rights. Product images and descriptions may originate with third-party suppliers; their appearance does not establish sponsorship, authorization, or ownership by Orbmare.
Report a concern
Send a notice to [LEGAL_EMAIL] identifying the protected work or right, the specific URL or product, the basis for the claim, contact information, and a statement that the information is accurate and submitted by the rights owner or an authorized representative.
Review process
Orbmare may temporarily restrict a listing while reviewing a sufficiently specific report, request additional information, contact the supplier, preserve relevant records, and remove or restore content based on available evidence and applicable law.
Misuse
Knowingly false or abusive reports may cause harm. Do not submit a notice without a good-faith basis.
