Shipping

• We ship within the United States by default (USPS / UPS / FedEx).
• Orders under $49: flat $6.99 US shipping.
• Orders $49+: free US shipping.
• Typical handling: 2–5 business days after payment clears (stock PLA toys).
• Metal and custom portrait items may take longer — timelines shown on product pages.
• International: available on request; duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

• 30-day return window for unused stock toys in original condition.
• Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong.
• Custom / personalized portrait prints are final sale once production starts.
• Defects: email photos within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund.
